2) Is your company eligable for Terms?
Sorry, PASSION does not offer Terms on any accounts.
3) Is C.O.D. available for shipments?
Canadian Consumers
Yes, additonal charges will be applied on top of shipping fee. Business cheque dated as
of delivery date will be accepted by driver. Cheque must be ready upon delivery.

U.S. Consumers
Yes, additional charges will be applied on top of the shipping fee. However, we can only
accept certified cheque or money order for U.S. Customers.

4) Can post-dated cheque be issued?
NO, cheque must be dated as of delivery date.
5) Can purchaser obtain refund?
NO, refund is not an option at wholesale.
6) How do we make a claim if there are damaged products?
We do have a 30 day policy strictly enforced. Contact
905-513-1493 for claims & further instructions.

7) If it exceeds 30 days?
Sorry, we do not accept any items after 30 days. Please check your products
immediately upon receipt of delivery, make any claim ASAP.
8) Showroom Minimum?
$100 per invoice.
